The North Korean government is accusing South Korea of making incursions into its maritime territories. According to the North Koreans there have been numerous incursions into its waters by the South Korean Navy but the South Korean government is saying just the opposite. The North Koreans say that if the tresspasses continue there might be an armed skirmish.
Well one is saying one thing and one is saying another so the truth is that somebody wants to get attention. I know that the North Korean government has a serious problem with its economy. It was getting some aid from South Korea but the new South Korean president says opso (no more). I know that it seems that whenever North Kores needs US aid they come up with a manufactured crises to get attention. I would probably pay no attention to this one folks. Take it from the Navy military ring man. Nothing serious.
