Well this is for all of you Desert Storm ring customers and the rest of you custom military ring customers who had to deal with Saddam Hussein in one form or another. The Saddam channel airs throughout the Middle East just for you.
No one really knows who funds this channel or where it is aired from but Mohammed Jarboua who resides in Damascus Syria claims to be the chairman. He is not telling what he knows so we may never know the truth. Jarboua claims that it is aired in Europe but there are all kinds of rumors out there.
I just see it as a weak form of anti US propaganda which is probably not going to have the desired effect on the Iraqi population although sentiments seem to be split along party lines. The Sunni sect may tolerate the program since this was Saddam’s sect, and the Shiites are more or less opposed to it.
