I may be wrong but I think that they probably will unless the US can talk them out of it. If I am I’m sure that some of my custom military ring customers will straighten me out. I think that there is little doubt that they will feel as though they have to. There are mulitple problems with this situation which the Israelis can’t ignore.
The biggest problem now is the Iranians attempt to purchase the Russian made S-300 SAM missile. the S-300 is the newest Russian SAM and if the Iranians get their hands on them they would give Israeli aircraft major problems. This sets the stage for a preemptive strike by Israel.
You Air Force ring customers are familiar with all of the nuances that this presents. The S-300 is a long range SAM and will track a jet down and turn with it until it makes contact. It is nearly impossible for a jet to evade this new missile once it has been targeted.
In addition the Iranians are getting more defiant since the secret nuclear site at Qom has been discovered. On top of this the Israelis are surrounded by enemies on all sides. They may feel as if they must act quickly to keep from being destroyed.
