This ribbon is awarded to soldiers in each branch of service who have served a tour of duty outside of the borders of the United States of America. As you can see above each branch of service has their own version of this ribbon with the Air Force having two different versions.
Any person who has served in the Armed Forces for more than one tour of duty probably has been awarded this ribbon.
Many servicemembers will also design their own custom military ring to tell the story of their service both overseas and at home. Some of the designs that we have on hand to show overseas tours of duty are: Vietnam Veterans Rings, Operation Iraqi Freedom Rings, and Operation Enduring Freedom Rings. You can tell the story of any tour that you have been on and you can wear your custom military ring whether you are in or out of uniform.
