The UN Will Investigate Pfc Mannings Confinement Conditions

The UN will investige our treatment of one of our own soldiers. does that sound a little bit off to you? They don’t investigate anyone else. On top of thay they want to investigate our treament of a soldier who may have passed a quarter million classified documents to WikiLeaks in order for those documents to be made public to the entire world. That soldier is sharing the same conditions as every other soldier who is in confinement so why not ask about some of them? Is anyone else seeing this thing my way or am I the only one with the problem?

This is the first time that I have heard of the US being investigated so why now after all of the countless troops who have been held in confinement. In my eyes it is more anti American sentiment. Even the UN is biased against the US. The reason for the investigation is that someone complained that the living conditions in the brig in which Pfc Manning is detained amount to torture. Now what the heck does that mean? The conditions in the brig can’t be worse than the conditions that our military ring customers in Iraq and Afghanistan are living in. They are the same conditions that every other troop in the brig has to endure.

His supporters also complain that he spends 23 hours each day confined in his cell. Well the reason they call it being confined is that you have to be locked up. Thats what they do to criminals, they lock them up. If I passed out classified info I would be locked up also. So would you. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.

The same UN who failed to condemn North Korea for killing so many South Korean Sailors want to investigate us. Ain’t that a kick.
