Well he has finally stuck his head up from the hole for a minute or two to voice his opinion. What I hear from this man sound like a bunch of babble which makes little or no sense. For example, Mr. bin Laden blames President Obama and the US for for the displacement, killings of innocent civilians, and torture which is a result of al Qaeda’s, and the Taliban’s actions in Pakistan. Now ain’t that a kick. This sounds like a desperate attempt to deflect blame and try to get some support through propaganda by Mr. bin Laden.
This speech came as President Obama stepped off of the plane in his attempt to establish dialogue with Moslem countries. It is obviously a weak attempt to circumvent the President’s attempt to repair relations. I believe that we have to be fair and firm with Moslem countries. We have to stand our ground and trading slams will not help anyone.
The US Envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan blames all of the killing on al Qaeda and the Taliban. It sounds to me like Mr. bin Laden is desperate for some relief from what our forces are putting on him. We thank all of our soldiers who have served in the middle east and special thanks to those who have designed their Operation Enduring Freedom rings.
