Military Camoflage is the use of materials, colors, and patterns to make you less visible to enemy soldiers. It works by breaking up the outline of a person, or piece of equipment so that it is not easily recognizeable against a background. It also uses colors or patterns of colors to make it blend in to the background. This picture shows a combatant with a rifle. Camoflage will make you harder to see but it won’t stop bullets.
Camoflage can be applied to the skin, clothing, your weapon, helmet and other personal equipment, vehicles, ships, and airplanes. Some color patterns are woodland, desert, and now digital camoflage is being used. Digital camoflage uses smaller computer generated patterns. Normally our Special Forces, and Navy SEAL military ring customers are better trained in the use of camoflage.
