This incident is kind of funny to me and is about an Iraqi man who was shot in Fallujah Iraq.
I won’t disclose his name out of fairness to him because I’m definitely going to laugh at his behind. Luckily for him he was not grievously injured, even though he was shot three times. Have you heard ths saying, “You brought this on yourself.” Well in this case it is definitely true.
He decided to throw an object at a joint patrol of Iraqis and US Marines. The Marines seeing an object thrown at them thought that it was a grenade and very alertly lit his butt up with gunfire. Throwing an object at armed Marines while they are on a patrol is not a good idea. This is definitely not the best decision that this man has ever made. Now this is one incident that I wouldn’t know how to place on an Operation Iraqi Freedom Ring but maybe someone out there can figure it out. If you would like to do it on your own military ring we would be glad to do so. There is always a way to make youe custom military ring tell the story that you want it to tell.
