335th patchThe 335th Tactical Fighter Squadron is assigned to the 4th Operations Group located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. It was constituted on 22 August 1942 as partĀ of Britains RAF and composed of volunteer US Pilots due to British personnel shortages. The origional pilots flew Supermarine Spitfires, and Hawker Hurricanes.

This decorated squadron has seen action in every major US conflict to include; WWII, Korea, Vietnam, the first Gulf War, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and many other military operations.

This squadron currently operates F-15E Strike Eagles. This squadron has quite a story to tell. The custom USAF military ring, or a custom Air Force gold ring can help the wearer to tell parts of the story that would otherwise be lost to history.
