The Celebration of the Liberation of Kuwait

rings-photos-042.jpgKuwati Liberation Day is celebrated on Feb 26th in honor of the liberation of Kuwait by coalition forces on Feburary 26th 1991. Many Kuwatis lost their lives in the invasion and subsequent 7 month occupation of their country. Liberation Day is celebrated by many public and private gatherings and celebrations.
