A US drone,or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is credited with killing at least 12 Taliban fighters in Khadezai village in Pakistan. US missile strikes have killed at least 300 Taliban since August of 2008. I thought it was important that I share this information because we always hear about the bad news of this war on terror and not the good that our soldiers accomplish. This is a story of unsung heroes.
You probably never would have heard this news otherwise. These events and people are often overlooked and unremembered by history. I wonder just how much of our rich military history has been lost because there was no one who would tell the story. This is the same function that a custom military ring will accomplish for you.
