I know that you all have heard your share of lies on this site. Not my lies but lies that I have been told. Anyway this is a funny story that really happened. I was there so this is the true first hand account.
During a Field Exercise a young lieutenant was talking to the 1st Sergeant
when a private drove up and parked his jeep. The private began to walk away and the officer yelled out. “Hey soldier you need to relocate that vehicle!” The private looked at him with a what did you say look. When the 1st Sergeant saw this he yelled to the private. “Move that @#%&8= jeep. ” The private immediately ran back to the jeep, jumped in and drove it away. The 1st Sergeant then looked at the officer and said, “He understood me better sir.”
What do you think. Did this really happen or is the old man pulling your leg? This was a good story and just about the only story that I couldn’t completely get on my military service ring.
