The US Army Special Forces have always been my favorite Spec Ops warriors. I have had the opportunity to interact with these warriors many different times during my military career and there is an underlying principle that they posses as a force. they have all been concerned about how you do. When they train they do it with a different perspective. They all have seemed to have the attitude that they want you to LEARN. As far as all of my experiences go they seem concerned about your development and attempt to increase your level of expertise.
Special Forces troops have to be intelligent. I’m not saying that any of our other special operators are not but the Special Forces Operator has to be able to speak at least two languages. He must be skilled in at least two military specialties as it pertains to the rest of the team. For example, the medical expert may also be the communications expert also so that he can substitute if the communications guy gets killed off.
This all goes along with all of the other military training that they have to have under their belt. they have to be able to think outside of the box and function in an advisory role.
The Special Forces is called a force multiplier in that it only takes a few of them to make a major dirrerence in a war. they will train and mobilize the civilian population into an effective fighting force that will give the enemy trouble that he definitely dosen’t need.
