Operation Noble Eagle was one of the US military operations which was conducted after the terrorist attacks of 9/11. During that time we were not sure how many attacks were planned against us. We also had no idea of how severe the terrorist threat was so we launched a slew of exercises, and operations to insure the safety and protection of the American people.
During this operation many of our military ring customers who are in the National Guard and Reserves were called up to serve as security forces for any facility or installation which was considered to be a high value terrorist target. I remember this time as being a time of uncertainty and confusion. Every government agency was doing its best to make sure that no other attacks were made. This lead to a lot of inconveniences but they were a small thing when compared to the possibility of other terror attacks.
Since this time was a time of involvement for a lot of government agencies many of our government service ring customers as well as our military ring customers should remember it well.
