The Balfour Declaration was when the British Empire promised the Jewish people a national home in Palestine. The support of the United States and Great Britain was crucial in aiding the Zionists to create a Jewish state. Many men who served in the military during this time may want to commemorate this world-changing agreement with a piece of special jewelry.
Gold balfour rings are perfect gifts for retired servicemen who want to wear a little piece of history on their hands. These rings make a great gift for military retirement or any special occasion. Veterans deserve to know people appreciate the service they so bravely offered the country.
My brother is a veteran. And his service in Iraq has made our family proud. He returned home last year after a two-year stint as a navy seal sniper and since then his life has been a whirlwind of excitement. He is now applying to colleges on the G.I. bill and has a bright future ahead of him.
But with any high level of excitement comes some problems. My brother was invited to participate in a city parade last month and during the confusion he lost his navy seal ring. Navy seal rings are important to veterans because they are a tangible reminder of the services he offered to our country.
Let Your Service Ring Communicate For You
You can use your Military Service Ring to get your story across to others.
The Sergeant and Lieutenant were on a field exercise and were talking when a private drove up and parked his jeep. The Lt said “Private you have to relocate your vehicle.” The Pvt gave him a blank look. Then the Sgt said to the Pvt “Move that @#%&* jeep!” The Pvt then ran to the jeep jumped in, and drove it away. The Sgt looked at the Officer and said, “he understood me better sir.”

Back in my day the Army had 2 tactical missiles in its inventory called the Pershing, and Lance. I know that these relics aren’t around any more and that things have changed, but you can commemorate this time with a service ring also.
Sergeant Joe Bell once claimed that his proficiency level was so high as a Lance Missileman that he could fire a Lance Missile 150 miles with enough accuracy to land it in a teacup. I was never a missileman, but I have some serious doubts about this story. Maybe some of you younger soldiers can tell me. Can you even be that accurate today with all of the laser guided stuff that we have in inventory?

The Field Artillery Fire Support Team Ring
I remember my time as a Field Artillery Forward Observer. We were in our own world because we spent so much time with our supported units that our parent unit barely knew us. We were not really a part of the unit that we were attached to so they barely knew us also.
I know that times have changed drastically since then, but we have provided many ways that you can create a Field Artillery Fire Support Ring to tell your story. You are not forgotten this time. We have plenty of good designs for you to choose from.
