Military Ring Info

Marines fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan are beginning to become frustrated by the tactics that the Taliban is using to fight the war. The Taliban knows that our troops are severely restricted by the rules of engagement which prevents them from shooting back at combatants in order to save civilians. The Taliban at the same time is taking advantage of the restrictions placed on us to kill more Americans.

The Taliban will force innocent women and children to stay close and act as human shields when they attack Americans. When our soldiers want to return fire they can’t because of the risk of killing the innocents. The Taliban shows no respect for the lives of these innocent men, women, and children.

The Taliban fighters will also shoot at our soldiers from concealed positions and then drop their weapons and stand out in the open because they know that we can’t shoot at civilians who are not carrying weapons. Many times our troops can’t return fire even though they know that the person standing there was just shooting at them.

I hope that our military and our military ring customers will soon find a way to overcome the actions of the enemy combatants. We are doing all that we can to win the hearts and minds of the civilian population who have got to realize that our military ring customers are not the criminals in these conflicts.
